Dit boek kwam op het goede moment voor deze 44 jarige uitslover. Veel herkenning voor veel midlifers vermoed ik. Fijn om te lezen dat je niet alleen bent in bepaalde gedachten, dat het zelfs een voorspelbare natuurlijke curve betreft. Inclusief kijkje in de/je toekomst. Natuurlijk is het wel lekker dik op z’n Amerikaans opgeschreven, van ogenschijnlijk hopeloos probleem tot geweldige oplossing. Maar toch: mooie boodschap , verrassende feiten en eye openers , inspirerend. Geschreven door een Harvard professor die z’n huiswerk heeft gedaan. Boek dat ik met veel plezier heb gelezen. Aanrader.
