Toonaangevende Britse ambientgroep. The Orb is het
minuten durende single A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules From The Centre Of The
Ultraworld. Het dubbelalbum The Orb'S Adventures Beyond The Ultraworld is een bedwelmende
trip langs kleurrijke, abstracte soundscapes waarin flarden dubreggae, techno-beats en curieuze
samples opduiken.
In
Na problemen met platenmaatschappij Big Life stapt The Orb over
betrokken is.
geslaagde Auntie Aubrey'S Excursions Beyond The Call Of Duty, The Orb Remi volledig revanche
neemt.
The Orb remixt onder anderen Front 242, Material, Pop Will Eat Itself en
Yellow Magic Orchestra.
Sessions.
